Adrian Spalding runs an environmental consultancy company with Catriona in Cornwall, where he has lived for over 40 years. He is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Exeter. He has written several books on wildlife and won the Holyer-an-Gof prize for his book on Loe Bar. He has a special interest in the abandoned mining landscapes.
